 Why choose a flexible slatted base?

 This system is the dominant sleep system through out Europe. It is supportive, comfortable and healthy. Not only is a great bed to sleep on, but it is also a beautiful piece of furniture.

How long will it take to make manufacture my bed?

We aim for a 3 week manufacture time.  Please remember if we are freighting furniture we have to work in with freight companies' schedules.

What sort of guarantee will I get with my Neat bed?

We offer a two year manufactures guarantee against faults and defects. We will happily repair or replace parts where needed. We have been making beds and furniture for over 20 years and are confident that you will receive quality workmanship and a product that you will enjoy for years to come.

How do I pay for my Neat Purchase?

Once you have decided what to add to your wish list, contact us via email or phone and we will process you order. We require a deposit of 25% to accept the order and payment must be paid in full at the time of dispatch or delivery. You can make payment in one of three ways;

1. Credit Card-  Visa or Mastercards can be processed over the phone. Call 0800 Neatfurniture
   
2. Cheque - Post to our P O Box 19-565 Woolston, Christchurch
3. Bank Deposit -  payments made directly into our Bank Account ANZ 01 0822 0016095 00

I do not live in Christchurch, what about freight?

We can arrange freight for you from a range of reputable Freight companies. We are happy to obtain quotes for you or you may choose to do this yourself. Freight charges are your expense however and are not included in the bed or furniture prices.

I do live in Christchurch, will you deliver?

Yes, we have a our Neat Truck and can deliver to you in Christchurch City. It is $35.00 for a local delivery. Please contact us for a price to delivery to the greater Christchurch Area as there may some extra cost.

What are the bed sizes?

The follow are the sizes for the mattresses. 

Single                90cm x 190cm     or     3' x 6'2"

King Single     107cm x 203cm    or     3'6" x 6'8"

Double             135cm x 190cm    or     4'6" x 6'2"

Queen              150cm x 203cm    or     5' x 6'8"

King                  165cm x 203cm    or     5'6" x 6'8"

Super King      180cm x 203cm    or     6' x 6'8"

The frames vary in size depending on the style and timber thickness. Headboard heights can be made to order to accommodate light switches or windows etc.
